1. The website is not medical advice

The information on this website is general and for information only. It is not a diagnosis, not a treatment plan, and not a substitute for an examination. Using this site does not create a dentist–patient relationship; that begins when you attend the clinic and we agree on your care.

If you have a dental emergency, severe pain, bleeding or swelling, call the clinic or seek urgent care. Do not wait for a reply to a form.

2. Appointment requests

Submitting the booking form sends us a request, not a confirmed appointment. Your appointment is booked only once a member of our team confirms it with you. Availability shown on the site is indicative and can change while you are filling in the form.

Please give accurate contact details so we can reach you, and let us know as early as you can if you need to change or cancel, so the time can be offered to another patient.

3. Case studies and results

Before-and-after images and case studies on this site show real work carried out at the clinic and are published with the patient's permission. They illustrate what is possible in a particular case; they are not a promise of the same outcome for you. Results depend on your oral health, anatomy, treatment plan and aftercare, and are discussed with you before treatment begins.

4. Using the website

Please do not:

• submit false information or book appointments you do not intend to attend,
• attempt to gain access to the administration area or to other people's data,
• disrupt the site, or use automated tools to overload or scrape it.

5. Content ownership

The name, logo, text, photographs and design of this website belong to Lant Dental Clinic or are used with permission. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. Clinical photographs of patients may not be copied or reused.

6. Availability and third-party links

We work to keep the site available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or remove content at any time. Links to other sites, such as our social media pages or map listings, are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this website, including from relying on general information published here instead of seeking an examination. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for the clinical care we provide.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the Egyptian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published on this page is the one that applies, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.
